Rigid Foam Systems

Rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF) is a widely used engineering material. Because of its outstanding performance of thermal insulation, low-density, and high-mechanical properties, it can serve as a thermal insulation material, potting material, load-bearing structure material, etc.Multiple grades are derived from for a wide range of Moulded and Free rise density, handy cream and reaction time, suitable for hand as well machine mix.

  • CD 1243, CD 1244, CD 1245 polyols designed for Clean room long panel, cold storage, pipe support, HVAC
  • CR 936 Polyol is suitable for FRP Door Panels & Carter Boxes
  • CD 1246 Polyol is designed for the production of Polyisocyanurate rigid foams also reffered to as PIR, polyiso or ISO is a thermoset plastic typically produced as a foam and used as rigid thermal insulation.
  • CD 1292 Polyol is designed for the production of polyurethane foams for discontinous sandwich panel and block foam application.
  • SN 353 Polyol specially designed for high density requirements, suitable for cavity filling and insulating pipe and tank insulations. Unique system with Polyol/Isocyanate ratio of 1:1
  • CD 345, PAPI 27, M229 Isocyanates are compatible to suit all range of polyols for rigid foam applications

Flexible Foam System

Flexible foam products can be made with properties ranging from softness of very low density flexible foam to high strength of elastomeric bubble-free casting. Small density variation can cause drastic change in physical properties of foam; hence multiple grades are developed for entire range.

  • NF 765 & NE 1150 is suitable for the application of Furniture Seats & Sofa, Bus Seats, Automotive Padding,
  • NF 879 & NE 434 is suitable for the application of Auditorium Seat, Bus Seats, Chair & Sofa ( Good Resilience )
  • NF 1027 & NE 434 is suitable for the application of Chair Seat, Low density Bus Seats
  • HM 695I & NE 434 is suitable for the application of Bus Seats, Longer seat and sleeper coach, Pad Fender
  • Choice of isocyanate is very important factor in Flexible foam manufacture. NE 434, NE 1150 are general grades designed for flexible foam according to the desired foam properties.

Integral Skin Foam System

Integral skin is used in a number of market applications, including automotive interiors, furniture components, household leisure goods and healthcare products such as wheelchairs.Polyurethane foaming system, 100% CFC 11 free, for the production of semirigid integral skin foams with molded density of 200-400 g/l and skin hardness of 50-70 Shore A. It is suitable to mold two wheeler saddles, and furniture armrests and Steering Wheels

VISCOELASTIC MEMORY FOAM

Viscoelastic polyurethane HD 240.01 Polyol / HE 141 Isocyanate System is designed for the manufacture of pneumatic memory foams. Discontinous block targeted at end applications such as pillows, Cushions, Neck rests and other pressure relief pads where low-resilience and slow rate of recovery is desired.The all MDI based and fully water blown system has density range from 37 to 42 kg/m3 and is suitable for production of different size items, such as pillows or general pads, with or without inserts. This system is phthalate and tin free and low odor. Characterized by its wide working window, changing the isocyanate/polyol ratio can with benefit be used to adjust the material properties from soft and faster recovery to firm and slower recovery matching the requirements of individual applications.

2W Seating Application

NF 966 & NE 434 IS A Fast curing system with a final moulded density of 60 – 90 kg/m3. Good Foam stability / processability in combination with easy foam crushability. This is used for Automotive applications mainly for production of high density NVH application for carpet backing, with and without insert, especially for Automotive applications. This system also can be used for Dual hardness technology by varying the mix ratio.

  • NF 966 & NE 434 is suitable for the application of Saddle Seats, Railway Seats, Bike Seats, Car Seats
